Job responsibilities:
1. Participate in new product research and development, optimize products, improve processes and design formulas according to project requirements;
2. Paint product analysis, test verification and performance evaluation, to help solve key technical problems.

Requirements:
1. Chemistry, polymer materials and other related majors, excellent results, have a solid professional knowledge;
2. Have certain scientific research ability, strong learning ability, strong sense of responsibility, steadfast progress, scientific research projects and innovative achievements are preferred during the school period.
