Job responsibilities
1. Participate in the handling and coordination of the company's legal affairs, including but not limited to contract review, legal consultation, risk prevention, etc;

2, responsible for the company's compliance management related affairs processing, cooperate with some audit work matters;

3. Assist department heads to publicize legal activities and enhance the awareness of risk prevention and control of all employees;

4. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in law, with corporate legal experience.

2, familiar with the company law, contract law, labor law and other relevant laws and regulations, familiar with the company's legal audit matters and processes.
